This appeal, under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is directed against the order dated 14.09.2006 passed by the District Forum, Haridwar in consumer complaint No. 356 of 2002, whereby the District Forum has allowed the consumer complaint and directed the opposite parties to pay the insured amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- with accidental benefits to the complainant together with interest @9% p.a. from 12.10.2001, the date of repudiation of the claim till payment and Rs. 1,000/- towards litigation expenses. 2.
