In deleting the addition of Rs. 9,51,229 made by the AO on account of surplus income and disallowance of expenses. 2. While coming to the above conclusion the learned CIT(A) has not appreciated the facts on record: (a) The appellant was involved in providing transportation facilities and mess activities which were not necessary for running of educational institution.
