By the impugned order, an earlier order passed on 3.6.2005, granting pay in the scale Rs.4500-7000 has been cancelled and pay of the petitioner is fixed in a lower scale of Rs.4000-6000.2- Petitioner claims to be a Graduate having passed his B.Sc Examination.
