The complainant has filed the case with a prayer for a compensation of Rs. 19,11,950/- only under different counts as detailed in the Schedule-1 of the complaint petition. The complainant is widow of late Pradyumna Narain Singh, Advocate. He was suffering with the problem of enlarged prostrate.
