What AI Studio includes
AI Brief & Ask
Judgment workspace at /case/ai-chat/:id with an expandable AI Brief and Ask the judgment chat.
AI Brief (18 sections)
An expandable structured breakdown generated from the full judgment text. Every brief includes these sections (empty sections are omitted when not applicable):
| Section | What it covers | |---------|----------------| | Case Summary | Brief overview of the case | | Facts of the Case | Essential facts that led to the legal dispute | | Prior History | Previous proceedings or relevant history | | Cases Referred To | Other cases cited or referenced | | Ratio Decidendi | Legal reasoning and the principle behind the decision | | Acts Referred | Statutes or legal acts relevant to the case | | Deposition | Testimonies or statements by the parties | | Favor Of | Which party the court favored and why | | Observations | Significant judicial observations | | Subject | Main legal subject or area of law | | Judgment | Final decision rendered by the court | | Legal Implications | Broader legal implications or precedents set | | Dissenting Opinions | Dissenting opinions and their rationale, if any | | Key Issues | Main legal questions the court addressed | | Legal Tests Applied | Legal tests or standards the court applied | | Impact/Significance | Impact on existing law or future cases | | Key Takeaways | Most important lessons or outcomes | | Conclusion | Summary of overall findings and relevance |
The brief is cached after the first successful generation so return visits load quickly.
Ask the judgment
A chat panel where every answer is grounded in that judgment only - not the open web. Use it for follow-ups like "What relief was granted?" or "Which sections were discussed?"
Verdict Lens
Paste a dispute brief at /ai-studio/verdict-lens for outcome signals and confidence scores (default: 10 runs/day).
Devil's Bench
Paste your argument at /ai-studio/devils-bench for counter-arguments, procedural defenses, factual weak spots, and suggested rebuttals (default: 10 runs/day).
DocMind
Upload or link documents at /ai-studio/doc-mind for GPT-style Q&A grounded in your material (default: 5 uploads and 50 messages/day).
Semantic AI Search
Turn on the toggle on supported search bars to refine plain-English queries into module-specific keywords. See Semantic AI Search.
DraftPilot (same subscription, Forms section)
Edit LegalDraft templates in a split-screen workspace at /forms/draft-pilot - see LegalDraft Studio guide.
How AI Studio is different
| Tool | What it does | |------|----------------| | Free case search | Find and read judgments - no account needed | | AI Brief & Ask | 18-section brief and chat about one open judgment | | Verdict Lens / Devil's Bench / DocMind / Semantic AI Search | Dispute analysis, document Q&A, and search query refinement under the same AI Studio bonus | | DraftPilot | AI editing for LegalDraft templates (same activation, different hub) | | Community Q&A at /ask/ | Human discussion between members | | Notes, Tags, Favorites | Separate bonus features for saving and organizing research |
AI Studio supports research - it does not replace reading the judgment or your professional judgment. Always verify AI output against the full text before citing in court or memos.
