Full Judgment

Shyam Sunder Byas, J.

1. Heard.

2. It has been urged on behalf of the accused that his marriage is going to take place on May 12, 1986 and for that purpose his sentence be suspended. The aforesaid fact has not been controverted by the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstance, we are inclined to allow this application for suspension of sentence in order to allow the accused petitioner to get his marriage performed.

4. Appellant Narpat Singh shall be released on bail for the period of two months from April 29, 1986 to June 28,1986 on his furnishing a personal bond in the amount of Rs. 6,000/- together with two sureties each in the amount of Rs. 3,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Balotra. The accused will surrender himself on June 29, 1986 before the Superintendent, Central Jail, to serve out the sentence.
