Title: Power to Remove Difficulties

1 65.Power to remove difficulties.- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to theprovisions of this Act, the Central Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, removethe difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from thecommencement of this Act. Title: Possession of Plates for Purpose of Making Infringing Copies

Presidency-towns Insolvency Act, 1909 Section 65

Title: Power for Court to Rescind Contract

The Court may, on the application of any person who is, as against the official assignee, entitled to the benefit or subject to the burden of a contract made with the insolvent, make an order rescinding the contract on such terms as to payment by or to either party of damages for the non-performance of the contract, or otherwise, as to the Court may seem equitable, and any damages payable under the order to any such person may be proved by him as a debt under the insolvency.

In the First Schedule to the Income tax Act, in rule 3, in clause (c), for the words "but no income tax shall be payable on the annual average of the amount of such interest", the words "but the assessee shall be entitled to a deduction from the amount of income tax with which he is chargeable on his total income, of an amount calculated at the rate of twenty five per cent. on the annual average of the amount of such interest" shall be substituted.

Title: Apportionment of Assets or Liabilities by Agreement
