After subscribing to SooperKanoon, your bonus features are activated based on your plan - check the Dashboard Profile tab to see which tools are turned on for your account.
Before you start
You must be logged in with an active, non-expired subscription. Bonus features do not work on the free search-only tier. Activation happens at signup (or when an admin processes your account). Available bonus features: Custom Notes, Save Judgments (star icon), Tag Judgments, Organizer, Search History, and Annotations.
Steps
- Choose and complete signup at Pricing - see Choose a plan for plan details.
- Trial or Student plan: all six bonus features activate automatically - no picking required.
- Biz Plus plan: all six bonus features activate automatically at signup.
- Starter plan: during signup, select exactly 1 bonus feature from the checklist.
- Pro Plus plan: during signup, select exactly 2 bonus features from the checklist.
- Complete payment (if applicable) and log in at Login.
- Go to Dashboard and click the Profile tab.
- Confirm "Value Added Services/features activated" lists your features, then test them on a judgment page.
What you'll see
On the Dashboard Profile tab, a table shows your name, email, plan, activated features, amount paid, activation date, and expiry date. On judgment pages, activated features show as toolbar buttons - an empty star for unsaved favorites, a notes icon, tag controls, etc. Features that are not activated show a message like "This Bonus Feature is not activated for your subscription!" when you try to use them (e.g. on the Search History tab).
Common mistakes
- Logging in but seeing no star icon - your plan may not include Save Judgments, or your subscription may have expired.
- Expecting to switch bonus features yourself after signup on Starter - feature selection is made at checkout; contact [email protected] for changes.
- Using bonus tools without checking activation - always verify the Profile tab if a feature seems missing.
Tips
- Before paying for Starter, decide your one must-have feature - most lawyers pick Save Judgments or Custom Notes first.
- Trial users get every feature for 7 days - use that week to test all six before choosing a paid plan.
- If activated features look wrong on Profile, email [email protected] with your registered email and plan details.
