Manage Billing and Upgrades

Paid plan

Upgrade plans, switch to annual billing, add features, and renew from the dashboard.

Try it now

60-second version

  • Open Manage Billing at /billing from the dashboard or navigation menu.
  • Upgrade plan tier, switch monthly to annual, or add individual bonus features.
  • Expired subscriptions renew at /users/renew.

In one sentence

Active subscribers manage upgrades, billing cycle changes, and add-on features from the billing dashboard; expired accounts renew through the renew page.

Before you start

You must be logged in with an account that has had a paid or trial subscription. AI Preview and AI Scholar accounts can convert to paid plans at checkout. Payment uses Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets) or CCAvenue (cards, net banking). If your cart total (plan + add-ons) reaches the next tier's price, checkout prompts you to upgrade to that plan instead (tier-floor rule).

Steps

  1. Log in and open Manage Billing.
  2. Upgrade plan: move from AI Copilot to AI Associate or AI Chambers - pay a prorated difference; renewal date stays the same.
  3. Switch to annual: monthly subscribers can switch to annual billing; subscription renews for 365 days from payment date.
  4. Add features: purchase individual tools beyond your plan's included slots; charges prorate to your current term.
  5. Convert from Preview/Scholar: free-tier accounts can convert to a paid AI plan and pick included features at checkout.
  6. If subscription expired, use Renew Subscription with email and password to pay for another term (login is blocked until renewal).
  7. After payment, confirm changes on the billing confirmation page; new signups still receive login credentials by email.

What you'll see

The billing dashboard shows your current plan, renewal date, activated bonus features, and options to close, upgrade, annual switch, or add-ons. Successful changes redirect to a confirmation page.

Common mistakes

  • Trying to add many individual features when upgrading to the next tier would cost less - the tier-floor rule redirects you.
  • Expecting instant feature access after payment failure - only successful payments apply changes.
  • Forgetting that expired accounts must renew before logging in again.
