ORDER
This Crl.M.C. is filed challenging the order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court I, Vaikom, by which the vehicle seized in connection with Crime No.60/2016 of Kaduthuruthy Excise Range Office was released to the accused. Today when the matter came up for admission, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the confiscation proceedings initiated against the said vehicle under the provisions of Akbari Act was challenged before the appellate authority and the vehicle has been released to the accused permanently. In such circumstances, further orders are not necessary in this Crl.M.C. and accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is closed recording the above submission. Sd/- ZIYAD RAHMAN A.A.
