Before you start
Help is free for everyone - no login required. Content is organised into modules (Case Search, AI Studio, LexPulse, Account & Billing, etc.). The old /faq URL redirects to /help.
Steps
- Click Help in the site footer, or go directly to sooperkanoon.com/help.
- Browse modules on the home page, or type a keyword in the Help search box (e.g. "citation", "favorites", "AI Studio").
- Open any article for step-by-step instructions, FAQs, and related guides.
- While using the product, watch for compact help tip boxes (e.g. on search results, judgment pages, LexPulse).
- Click Read guide in a tip to open the matching full article.
What you'll see
Each help article includes a 60-second summary, numbered steps, common mistakes, and tips. Module pages group related articles. Judgment pages show tips like Judgment tools and Download this judgment as PDF that match the current UI.
Common mistakes
- Searching the main case search box for help topics - use
/helpor the Help search instead. - Ignoring tip boxes - they reflect the latest UI (e.g. the Tools drawer on judgment pages).
