Roy For the Opp. Party : Mr. Manoj Kumar No.-4, A.P.P. ........ 3/10.01.2013 Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Sharawan Kumar is moved by Sri S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Manoj Kumar No.-4, learned Additional PP. for the State. F.I. R. reveals that informant, who is a police officer received confidential information that Truck bearing registration No. UP-65R 208.(owned by the petitioner) loaded with illicit coal will pass through Maharo more.
