2. The petitioner is the accused. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 354(A)(ii), 354(B), 366, 376 of IPC and 66 E of the IT Act.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that this Crl.M.C can be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for discharge at the court below. The learned Judge shall dispose of the said application, if any filed, in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to take up all the contentions raised in this Crl.M.C in the application for discharge.
