ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (“the Code” for the sake of brevity).

2. This Crl.M.C is filed to quash the FIR in Crime

No.931/2023 of Thekkumbhagam Police Station, Kollam district. The above case is registered alleging offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 308, 427 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I am not inclined to interfere with the investigation

conducted by the police. It is submitted that the bail application filed under section 438 Cr.P.C is already dismissed by this Court. In such circumstances, this Court cannot interfere with the investigation conducted by the police. If any final report is filed and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is free to file a fresh Crl.M.C at that stage.
