S. Manikumar, C. J. Petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:- “i) Issue a writ of certiorari calling for records leading to Ext.P1 and quash the same; ii) Declare that the Lok Ayukta has no authority to interfere in the investigation of Ext P2 crime by police; iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ seeking transfer of Ext P1 complaint to another Upa Lok Ayukta for fair and impartial adjudication of Ext. P1 complaint; iv) Declare that Lok Ayukta does not have any authority to conduct test identification parade.”

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr. Aneer M. S. learned

counsel representing Mr. S. Rajeev, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the issue between the petitioner and the 2 nd respondent is settled out of Court.
