Dated this the 31st day of May, 2024 This Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash Annexure A4 final report in crime No.1277/2023 of Kayamkulam Police Station, now pending as C.C.No.134/2024 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kayamkulam.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks
permission to withdraw this petition since she failed to substantiate quashment as prayed for. Permission granted. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The interim stay stands vacated and the trial court is
