1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the judgment dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4786/2022. The operative directions contained therein are as under:-

Learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the process for giving compassionate appointment to the petitioner is underway and is at an advanced stage. It is submitted that the petitioner has already qualified the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and has been further referred to Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital for medical examination. 3. It is submitted that after completion of the necessary formalities, the appointment letter shall be duly issued to the petitioner. It is assured and undertaken that the process shall be completed latest within a period of six weeks from today. 4. All the consequential benefits as contemplated in Paragraph-35 of the aforesaid judgment dated 13.08.2025 shall also be granted to the petitioner. 5. Taking the aforesaid statement on record, and binding the respondent thereto, the present petition is disposed of. Let a compliance affidavit be filed within a period of eight weeks from today. 6.
