Title : State Government to Appoint Inspectors

(1) when this Act has been so applied to a local area, the State government may, by notification in the Offical Gazette, appoint such persons aas it thinks fit to be Inspectors under this Act and to exercise and perform, within the whole of the local area or such portions thereof as it may prescribe, the powers conferred and the duties imposed by this Act on such officers. (1) The University of Allahabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh, established under the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973(Presidents Act 10 of 1973), shall be established as a body corporate under this Act having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
