(1) A Enquiry was held against you regarding mis-conduct committed by you the finding of the enquiry officer shows that the charges leveled against you were fully proved. The mis-conduct committed by you is a greave mis-conduct i.e. mis-appropriation of money.
(2) The past records of the said Shri................ show that he has already been warned for similar misconducts and considering carefully the entire evidence and the aggravating as well as extenuating circumstances of the case, the undersigned is convinced that the said Shri................ is not a fit person to be retained in the employment of Company and, that penalty of discharge from service needs to be imposed on him in the circumstances of the case.
