1. Arjun Yadav son of Ram Badan Yadav 2.Rajesh Yadav son of Ram Pravesh Yadav 3.Akildeo Yadav son of Ram Pravesh Yadav All are resident of village-Tharua-Atila, P.S.-Alouli, District- Khagaria. Versus The State Of Bihar ---------- 3. 25.1.2012. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 6.1.2012 passed in the present case by which they have been granted bail subject to the conditions mentioned therein.
