in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.610 o”1. arjun yadav son of ram badan yadav 2.rajesh yadav son of ram pravesh yadav 3.akildeo yadav son of ram pravesh yadav all are resident of village-tharua-atila, p.s.-alouli, district- khagaria. versus the state of bihar ---------- 3. 25.1.2012. the petitioners seek modification of the order dated 6.1.2012 passed in the present case by which they have been granted bail subject to the conditions mentioned therein. it is contended that condition no.(i) imposed in the order dated 6.1.2012 is that one of the bailors shall be brother of the petitioners. it has been submitted that brothers of the petitioners have also been made accused in the present case and thus they cannot stand as sureties. considering the submissions made at the bar condition no.(i) of the order dated 6.1.2012 passed in the present case is modified and substituted as under: that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners, who will give separate affidavit giving genealogy as to how they are related with the petitioners. the bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioners. the order dated 6.1.2012 passed in the present case is modified to the extent indicated herein above. the order may be communicated through fax at the cost of the petitioners. md.s. 1. Arjun Yadav son of Ram Badan Yadav 2.Rajesh Yadav son of Ram Pravesh Yadav 3.Akildeo Yadav son of Ram Pravesh Yadav All are resident of village-Tharua-Atila, P.S.-Alouli, District- Khagaria.
