DATED 29-12-2008:

The request for staying the order has been made on behalf of the respondents. This request is strongly objected by the Counsel for the workmen, as despite there was repeated orders passed by various authorities on various occasions, the respondents-employer has not paid any heed to hold the inquiry. In view of this, the request for staying the order cannot be granted. Hence, it is rejected.
