quashing the tender notification dated 29.05.2021 in bearing No.SWMOUTOURCE/ 2021-2022 dated 29.05.2021 issued by the Respondent No.2 for supplying man power to door to door waste collection in Bhatkal town vide a paper publication dated published in Kannada newspaper marked at Annexure-G.
