This writ petition is filed with following prayers: i. Declare that cancellation of P.B.No.22 of Kalamassery Post Office allotted in favour of the petitioner is illegal. ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ,

order or direction, directing the respondent to

reinstate the post Box allotted to the petitioner (P.B.No:22 of Kalamassery Post Office) iii. Issue such other order or direction as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the

facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that, P.B.No.22 of

Kalamassery Post Office, which was allotted in favour of the petitioner, was cancelled without giving any notice to the him. This writ petition is pending before this Court from 2010 onwards. There is no interim order passed in this writ petition. Probably the petitioner may not be interested at this distance of time for getting P.B. Number. If there is any surviving grievance to the petitioner, the petitioner can be directed to approach the respondents with a representation and if such a representation is received, the authority concerned can be directed to dispose the same in accordance to law.
