The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer. “Wherefore for the reasons stated above the petitioners most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to: a. Call for records pertaining to the case of the petitioners from the respondent. b. Issue writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ by quashing the impugned E- action sale notice dated 17.06.2025 issued by the respondent and the same are produced at Annexure-A and B and regularized the account of the petitioners.

or directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case including an order for costs may kindly be passed in the interest of justice and equity.”

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the auction could not be held for want of bidders and hence the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

they are seeking One Time Settlement. If they are seeking One Time Settlement, they are always at liberty to approach the -4- Bank and the Bank shall pass orders in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:

ORDER

i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bank seeking One Time Settlement and the respondent/Bank shall consider the same in accordance with law. ii.
