the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent / de-facto complainant in Crime No.300 of 2022 of Pangode Police Station would submit that the Police had filed a Refer Report in the matter and the 2nd respondent has filed a Protest Complaint.

3. Taking into consideration of the above submission,
