JUDGMENT

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd. - Smt.Bindhu Mohan, submitted that all copies of the documents, as requested by the petitioner in Ext.P4, have been handed to his client today across the Bar.

for the petitioner also. In the afore circumstances, this writ petition is closed; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents for execution of the documents, which shall be done as per law.
