JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a limited relief. She prays that Ext.P2 application filed regarding a complaint relating to fixation of fair value and seeking its re-determination be considered and disposed of by the 1 st respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is

no objection in such a direction being issued to the 1 st respondent.
