Dated this the 30th day of June, 2023 When this matter was taken up for consideration on the last posting date, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled amicably by and between the parties out of the Court. On that day, learned Counsel for the appellant sought for time to ascertain the factum of settlement. Thereafter, the matter was posted on two occasions, including today. Today also, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that he could not succeed in getting any instructions from the appellant as regards the settlement.
