ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with this application for anticipatory bail as he apprehended arrest in connection with a crime registered by Ayiroor Police Station which contains a non bailable offence. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that apart from Crime No.1014/2022 of Ayiroor Police Station, there is no other crime has been registered against him. As far as the aforesaid crime is concerned the petitioner is already arrested and released on bail.
