This application is filed apprehending arrest in Crime No. 262/2022 of Paripally Police Station, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341 & 326 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted, on

instructions, that, the offence under Section 326 has been converted to Section 325 and as such, all offences are bailable. In view of the above submission, the bail application is closed.
