This Crl.M.C is filed to quash the final report submitted by the petitioner in Crime No.77/2015 of Thrikkakara Police Station which was pending as S.C No. 258/2015 before the Additional Sessions Court, Ernakulam.

2. Today when the matter came up for consideration,

the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the trial of the said Sessions Case is already over and the petitioner is acquitted on 19.08.2016.
