2. The learned counsel for the petitioner argued at

length to convince this Court that the impugned order

dismissing the discharge plea at the instance of the petitioners would require interference by this Court. Since he failed in this endeavour and when this Court is about to dismiss this petition, holding that the impugned

order is perfectly justified and the same does not require

any interference, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order in this matter stands vacated. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this

order to the trial court, within three days, for information
