ORDER
The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime
No.1825/2022 of Chadayamangalam Police Station, Kollam, registered against the accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Hence, the bail application.
3. Heard; Sri. M.R. Sasith, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Seetha S., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner was arrested on 23.02.2023, the investigation in the case is complete -:3:- and the final report has been laid before the jurisdictional court on 24.04.2023.
