JUDGMENT

Learned Government Pleader has filed a memo producing therewith a copy of the proceedings passed in compliance with the No.24088 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the proceedings is not in compliance with the directions contained in the judgment dated 24.07.2023.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that, if the petitioner is anyway aggrieved by the proceedings now issued, it is for her to challenge the same, in accordance with the law.

4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the fact that the proceedings have been issued pursuant to the No.24088 of 2023, the Contempt of Court Case is closed, making it
