JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed to direct the 4 th respondent bank to lift the freezing of the petitioner's bank account bearing No.1597020000000271.
2. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. The learned Government Pleader submitted
that the Mankada Police has already registered Crime No.310/2024. The matter has been reported to the jurisdictional Magistrate. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, by permitting the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate and workout his remedies in accordance with law.
