2. The present appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI of the CPC

seeks the following prayers: - “In the light of the above said facts and circumstances, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to set aside the impugned. preliminary decree/judgment dated 04/08/2012 passed by the Hon'ble ADJ, Saket Courts, Delhi Dr. Neera Bharihoke in Suit No. 669/2011 titled "Shanti Devi Vs Urmila", in the interest of justice.

And pass such other order(s) or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, for which act of kindness the appellant as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
