1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:-

“a) summon the records of the case bearing GP. No. 70 of 2022 titled “Deepak Jain vs. Shuchi Jain” from the Court of Sh. Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Court- 01, Shahadara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi; and

b) allow the petition of the petitioner and set aside the order dt. 07- 06- 2024 passed by the Court of Sh. Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Court- 01, Shahadara, Karkardooma Courts whereby the Ld. Judge has dismissed the application of the petitioner to celebrate the Father's Day on 18-06-2024, grandparents' day on 10-09-2024, Arham's Birthday on 01-07-2024, Aama's Birthday on 08-10-2024, Father's birthday on 06- 07-2024, grandparent's birthday on 01-09-2024, and 14-04-2025, 50th Marriage anniversary of grandparents on 18-01-2025;
