1. Learned counsel representing the parties submits that the

Respondent No.1 has already demitted office upon attaining the age of superannuation and that the order passed by the Tribunal has already been implemented. Hence, they submit that no further orders in the writ petition are required to be passed.

2. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties and in light of the fact that the order of the Tribunal stands implemented, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
