1. By way of the present petition, the State seeks transfer of case arising

out of FIR bearing No. 102/2024, registered at police station Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 188/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) titled as ‘State v. Kuldeep @ Monu’ to the Court designated for trial of cases of MPs/MLAs at Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi.

2. Mr. Rishikesh, the learned counsel states at Bar that he has been authorized to appear on behalf of the respondent. He further states that he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being allowed.

3. Accordingly, the present transfer petition is allowed, and the case

arising out of FIR bearing No. 102/2024, registered at police station Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 188/34 of IPC titled as ‘State v. Kuldeep @ Monu’ is transferred to the Court designated for trial of cases of MPs/MLAs at Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi, which will be assigned by the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Delhi, who will fix a date, and issue notice to the respondent.
