1. Vide order dated 28.10.2025, it was recorded as under: “1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submit that the parties have settled their differences vide settlement agreement dated 22.09.2025 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. It is further submitted that, in view of the aforesaid agreement, the parties have filed a petition seeking divorce by mutual consent and first motion is listed before the concerned learned Family Court for tomorrow.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition may be deferred till the filing of the second motion and granting decree of divorce.
