ORDER

% 29.01.2026 CM APPL. 6034/2026 (seeking permission to withdraw the petition)

1. This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking withdrawal

of the Writ Petition, which is opposed by learned counsel representing the Respondents, on the ground that the Petitioner is not entitled to withdraw the Writ Petition, in view of the order passed on 12.11.2025.

2. This Court has perused the order dated 12.11.2025, wherein it

has been observed that if the Court finds that the Petitioner is making false assertions before the Court on affidavit, strict action shall be taken against him for the same.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted to the Respondents to take action against the Petitioner in accordance with law.
