1. Mr. Sinha, after some hearing, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The leave is granted as aforesaid.
2. However, we make it clear that the CVO in the office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks should dispassionately and independently apply his mind to the material provided by the petitioner.
3. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the W.P.(C) 7892/2026 Page 1 of 2 allegations. Liberty shall stand reserved with the petitioner to avail legal remedies at the appropriate stage.
4. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
