1. This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner praying for quashing of his transfer order from New Delhi to Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir.

2. Ms. Shreya Bhardwaj, learned SPC representing the Respondents submits that on the request of the Petitioner, he was granted one year extension and as of now, he has stayed in Delhi for about four and a half years.

3. Transfer is a part of the service and in the absence of mala fide, the Court ought not interfere.
