1. The nature of relief sought in the instant petition is not directly

amenable under writ jurisdiction. The petitioner has to take remedy under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (‘Act of 2007’). There does not seem to be any proper application, as required, before the concerned authority.
