2. The present application under Section 151 of the CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeks the following prayers: -
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the petitioner may please be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the pleas taken herein by way of objections before the executing court in the interest of justice. Pass such other order which this Hon'ble Court may consider fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent in the interest of justice.”

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent/non-applicant accepts notice.
5. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of. RC.REV. 162/2026
6. The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- “a) Call for the record of Eviction Petition No.RC ARC
b) Set aside the Order dated 06.11 .2025 passed by The Additional Rent Controller-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No.RC ARC 647/24 entitled “Gurmukh Singh Sachdev Vs.Amitabh” and please allow the Application of the Petitioner herein granting leave to defend the eviction petition filed by the respondent herein for filing of Written Statement by the petitioner before the Ld. trial Court in the interest of justice;
c) And any other order this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass in the interest of justice.”
7. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the pleas taken herein by way of objections before the Executing Court and disposed of accordingly.
8. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
9. The next date of hearing fixed in the matter, i.e., 12.10.2026, stands cancelled.
