1. At the outset, learned counsel representing the Respondents
submits that the Petitioner is required to file an application before the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as „Tribunal‟]. It is further submitted that the relief sought in prayer „c‟ of the Petition is maintainable before the Tribunal and consequently, prayer „b‟ can also be considered by the Tribunal.
2. At this stage, learned counsel representing the Petitioner seeks
and is granted permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition in order to file application before the Tribunal.
