1. This application has been filed seeking early hearing of the appeal.

2. In view of the reasons disclosed in the application, the application

3. Counsel for parties, state that the matter has been settled for Rs.

2,78,460/-.

4. Mr. Rudra, counsel for respondent no.3/Insurance Company, states

that the amount shall be paid to appellant/claimant within a period of four weeks.

5. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement

arrived at between parties.
