1. This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking

permanent/perpetual injunction against infringement of trademark, copyright, counterfeiting, delivery up, rendition of accounts and damages etc.

2. During the course of the proceedings, parties were referred before the

Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement on 04.02.2026 incorporating the terms of settlement. In light of this, counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

3. Court has perused the Settlement Agreement and finds the same to be

CS(COMM) 214/2025 Page 1 of 2 lawful.

4. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement which shall

form a part of the decree and the terms therein shall bind the parties.

5. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet.

6. Suit stands disposed of along with pending application.

7. Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire Court fee in accordance

with Court Fees Act, 1870.
