1. The petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 289/2021 of Police

Station Hauz Khas for offence under Section 307 IPC on the basis of compromise/settlement deed dated 19.02.2026 executed between the petitioner and the respondent no. 2.

2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions,

seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner faces trial before the trial court.

3. As requested, the petition and accompanying applications are
