1. In deference to the observations made by the Court, Mr. Rajiv
Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 152 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. He, however, submits that in case the grievance is not fully mitigated
he may further granted liberty to take appropriate recourse.
3. The submissions made by Mr. Rajiv Kumar, learned counsel
appearing on behalf of the petitioner seems to be reasonable, accordingly,
the petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach concerned District Magistrate. If the petitioner does so, let his grievance be dealt with in accordance with law. If the grievance is not fully mitigated, the petitioner thereafter shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of along
with pending application.
